But realistically I wouldn't use it because it's too highly associated with the Disney franchise "Lilo and Stitch", which of course isn't a bad association but a present one nonetheless.
It might make a cute nickname, possible for Lillian?
I pronounce it as LEE-lo, I know some people's intuition is to pronounce it as LIE-lo.
