I prefer Isaura to Isora because it looks more delicate and because it'd be less likely that people would say it ih-ZOR-uh (which I think sounds kinda ugly).
Zosia is alright. I think it looks prettier than it sounds. I'm put off it a bit because of Zosia Mamet, who I find pretentious and insufferable. Since she's the only person I've ever heard with the name I relate it to her very strongly.
