I love Gwen, Gwendolen (this spelling) and Guinevere and I think Gwen is lovely either as a nickname for Gwendolen or on its own; it feels complete, warm and lovely. For me, Gwen feels less intuitive as a nickname for Guinevere so I'd probably go with something like "Winnie" or "Vera" that *sounds* closer to Guinevere, or even "Gigi", going off of the first letter. I made a bunch of combos for Gwen quite a while back but I don't have access to them right now. How about...
