Ha! Trust me, 99.99% of us know we're pregnant.
The thought crossed my mind as well if having no time to dwell on names would change the way a person named their child. Something tells me the answer is yes. I changed my mind several times over nine months -- especially with my second child.

And think about the fact that we all at least think about names more regularly than the general pop. If you were someone who gave it no thought it would be really on the spot. I think I'd default to something with lots of nns like Elizabeth, or a close relatives name, as she did with her mom.
