I like Jules well enough. I especially like it for a girl as a nn for a Jul name. Overall for a guy, I like Julian best, followed by Jules and Julius.Of your combos, I like:Jules Nolan
Jules Oliver -- I REALLY like this one!

You could do a lot worse than Jules. Julian, for instance. Jules Everett isn't half bad at all.

Love this name! Planning to call our baby Jules as a nn for Julian. Of your suggestions I like Jules Everett b/c I think it works the best syllabically and has the best flow. Some of the others are a bit cumbersome and feel as though the order of the names should be switched placing Jules in the middle name spot-- which I wouldn't do b/c Jules is such a great name!

Jules is a great nickname for Julian. I sort of get what you mean about some of the names seeming like they should be reversed but I don't really subscribe to the idea that shorter names go in the middle. Jules Everett is my favorite of the list. I'm glad to see a positive opinion on it.
