Madeleine may be more of a modern classic (not Catherine, but not MacKenzie either). If you don't want Maddie as nn, I'd stay away from it.
Marie is so common as a mn, that even as a fn, I'm unimpressed.
I'd go with Linnea of the three, but since my niece's name ends with -lynn, I wouldn't use it in real life.
