I love Ned Walter, although I kind of wish it was Edward nn Ned.

It's interesting to see Nancy a few times. Is it very dated in England too? Every Nancy I've know has been over 55, except for one.

I tend to think of Nancy as a Victorian / early 20th century name. However, like a lot of old-fashioned names it's back on the increase. I just checked and it's currently ranked at 111 so just outside the top 100.

I'm in the minority here that I prefer Ned to Edward!

I've got nothing against Ned, in fact I prefer it :) It just feels incomplete to me to not have the full name Edward as the formal name, even if they went by Ned 99% of the time.
