Avalon
Avalon has always been on my favourites list, but it's creeping further and further towards the top, partly because I've been reading more about Arthurian legend and am finding the Celtic religion a very beautiful one. And then, on top of that, I find the sound of "Avalon" very attractive. WDYT of the name, and of these combinations?
Avalon Zoe (Zoë)
Kiera Avalon (Normally, the -a ending of Kiera and the A- beginning of Avalon would annoy me, but in this case I think it sounds OK?)
Juliet Avalon
Avalon Sophia
Avalon Isabelle
Avalon Ciara (KEE-ra)
I like these, but none seem quite perfect. Any other ideas?
TIA,

i think Avalon is a hard name to pair up. u might think of trying other very englishy names to go with it. a one syllable name might fit too. something simple and short like mary avalon (note: i would never name anyone this). if u want avalon as a first name the second name would sound better if the accent was on the last syllable(avalon marie).
It's nice. As a first name, I think it wants a less serious nickname, though. Do you have one in mind?
I like Avalon Ciara and Kiera Avalon. I think Avalon deserves another Celtic-style name, to go with it; it would cement the association and fill out the significance, for me. Although it may be true that where you live, that doesn't seem important.
