Honestly, I don't like it. Also not a fan of your other names, but I do love Ephraim. I don't like your girl name but even though I don't like it for a boy I think Hollis might work for a girl.

Elon - Hm, I really like Elam, but Elon is okay too. Wait is it EE-lun or ELL-un?
Hollis - Yup, I enjoy Hollis and Morris.
