I knew an Annette in school and she put me off the name a little, Objectively, not a terribly exciting name but fresher than Anna. My favourite Anna name is still Anneliese though.

I love it. It sounds nice and there are so many nice nicknames. Great name.

It's alright. I usually like the crispness of the -ette ending, I don't think the first syllable here is solid enough to stand alone with it. I would have to say it's my least favorite Ann name.

I think I like it. it's sweet. Uncommon. Has great nickname potential - Ann, Anni, Anna, Nettie, Ettie... Yup, very nice.

It's not a favorite but I think it's a perfectly nice name. It's classic without being old fashioned, and it's pretty yet sophisticated imo I can imagine a girl of any age going by Annette, not to mention it's a nice change from the more common Anne or Anna, with both of those still being options anyway as nicknames.

Annette is my S-I-L's mn. It's cute although it's something I'd never use because I hear 'a net.' But that's my issue. I think Annette would stand apart from her peers in a good way.

As ette names go it's one of the better ones. It makes a nice middle name.

I think it's way cute. It's upbeat and friendly, but a bit sophisticated too. Can you imagine a little girl Annette?! Awwww
