Well, you already know how I feel about the name Xanthe ;)
I first heard it on a 10 year old Xanthe Rose. She'd be around 14-15 now. Her little siblings were Lexie Amaya and Felix. I only looked after the girls so I don't know Felix's middle name, and yes, the X theme and their position in the names was intentional (First for the first child, in the middle for the middle child and at the end for the last child).

I really like Xanthe but I don't know anyone with that name IRL.
It's ok, but it's not something I would use. X would be a cool initial though.
I have met a Xanthe, but she spelled it Xzanthy.

Unsure how you would say it and no, never met anyone named xanthe

haha I thought you were making a combo suggestion and I was like "Hey! That one is mine!" ;)
Love it. And yes I know a little girl, maybe 2 years old now with this name.
I like the way it looks, but I don't think I'd be too fond of it in a real life situation. Plus, even though I know how it's pronounced I keep saying X (like the letter)-an-th, which I probably wouldnt be able to get over.
I don't like it, and I've never met anyone named Xanthe.
I love it! I've never met anyone with this name, but I feel like it's not too "out-there". It's different , but simple.
I really like it. Which pronunciation are you thinking? I've heard both ZAN-thee and ZAN-tha. I work with a woman who pronounces it ZAN-tha and I think it's quite lovely.
