The combo is kind of corny, but I've seen much worse. At least it's better than naming a girl Wyatt.

Honestly? It's not that bad. I don't really like Briar Rose (predictable and too fairytale for me), but the two are actually kinda sweet together. As long as you never call the girl just plain Briar (which I think sounds horrible), then I think Briar Rose is workable.

When I was a child I loved Disney's "Sleeping Beauty." I still do, actually. Briar Rose is appealing to the little-girl-with-romantic-ideas that I used to be. I can just about see myself naming a daughter Briar Rose, and calling her by her middle name.

I feel like it's missing something. I guess because it's a name we've all heard before, it seems kind of anti-climactic. Like... Briar Rose Anastasia, that would be pretty. Yeah, slap another princess name on there, that'll round it out real nice.

It's silly.

It's a bit R-heavy. Other than that, I think it's fine. I like Briar.

First thing that comes to mind is Sleeping Beauty. Second is lifeless looking mounds of brambles. It's not at all attractive to me.
