S'okay, but a bit overused. It's lost its charm for me, personally, but I can see why others like/love it. My favorite full forms for it would be Eleonora, Elspeth, Mirabelle, and Melpomene. (Could you imagine meeting an Ella and finding out her full name is Melpomene? That would be amazing.)
