I suppose Lilith as a middle name is okay. I know a lot of other people like Lilith, but it's... very difficult for me to say. The syllables run into each other in a jumble. Now "Lillian" I can pronounce just fine, but Lilith is so liquid and lisping that my tongue trips over itself.

I would be on the fence too. Lil and Lili are nice, but I don't love Lilith. I would opt for something like Lilibet or Lilibeth, personally.

Of your Lilith in the middle combos, I like Claudia Lilith.
Of your Lilith in front combos, I like Lilith Ember. Lilith Fiona is a bit tongue-twister-y and Lilith Ivy is too flower/plant-y. I would like Lilith Eva too.

Better as a middle name. It has a connotation of evil.

I think Lilith is a beautiful and elegant name. I do prefer it as a middle name but I can't fault it as a first name. From your top ten I love Gwen Lilith, Adelina Lilith, Claudia Lilith, Lilith Fiona and Lilith Ivy.

Sorry but Lilith is gross. It sounds unpleasant, is clumsy in the mouth, and sounds like the name a pretentious emo teenage girl would pick for herself, if Raven was already taken by another pretentious emo girl.
