As a child, this was my very favourite name! I still like it now but it's probably a bit dated here now so I doubt I'd use it.
It's definitely not a bratty name, in my opinion though. In fact, I'd say it has the complete opposite vibe to me. I think of Fionas as being very intelligent and successful. I've known quite a few Scottish Fionas as well as it's a Scottish name.
