I could never find Nina sexy, as it also happens to be the Spanish word for "little girl".
As for what female names I do find sexy, that's difficult to answer. However, thinking back to when I took a creative writing class in college, I remember one short story I wrote with a sexy female character and I gave her the name Claudia. And yes, thinking about it, I do think that's quite a sexy name.

Meaning aside, it's the actual word for "little girl" in Spanish so anyone that speaks Spanish doesn't hear a name at all. They hear the words "little girl."
At least that's why I've never liked it as a name.
