Re: Agnes!

My mom has a sister named Agnes. Also, my mom has two brothers who both married women named Agnes. So I grew up with three aunts named Agnes. Then I married my husband and got an in-law Aunt Agnes. What are the odds?
Of the four of them, two go by Aggie and two by Agnes.
So to me, Agnes is for women in their 60s. I've never really thought of it any other way. If I try to imagine it on a baby or little girl, I think Ness or Nessie or Essie would be adorable nicknames.
Agnes Lily
Agnes Charlotte
Agnes Emily
and Agnes Tabitha
are my favourites of your list.
Agnes Clementine is pretty good too.
Three boys nappin', one mama namenerdin'
