Why is Kenneth unusable?

No clue. Seems perfectly good to me. But it peaked in about 1950 and has been in steep decline since 1965ish. Probably just has a middle-aged to elderly image. Also, people here often say they aren't keen on names ending in -th, like Kenneth, Gwyneth and Beth.
