Love these, but would make a few minor alterations:
Emily has lost its luster for me. I'd go with Emma, Emmeline, or Emilia. I like Amelia best.
I prefer the spelling Sallie. The spelling Sally has always seemed childish to me. I don't think I'd use it not as a diminutive for Sarah though (how it was used in my family), and I am more apt to go for Sadie than Sallie.
I think Alfred could only befit the right bearer. It would not work for every personality like your other choices, so it is the black sheep of the list to me. I do like it, though.
I think Arthur should be nearer the top.
I think I like Anne Beatrix.

My mom prefers Sallie too, and usually I do put Sally as a nn for Sarah, but I was feeling rebellious. ha.
