My cousin's nine year old is Kerry. It's not my style (but I think the only cousin's kid's name that I really love is Malia Madison). But the main thing is what you and your SO think about it. Do you love it enough to still use it, even if people will think it's dated? The only time I think a name is completely unusable is if it has a bad association (Adolf/ Adolph) or sounds too much like a word that you wouldn't want your child to have as a nn (Dorcas, nn Dork).
