Dexter
How do you feel about Dexter for a boy? I've always rather liked it, and the fact that it's the name of the lead singer of Offspring makes it appeal even more to me.
What do you think of these combos?
Dexter Ray
Dexter Christian
Dexter Francis
Frank Dexter
Horatio Dexter "Ray"
Any other good ones you can think of? Nothing seems to fit right today.
Array
No one's getting smarter
No one's learning the score
Your never ending spree of death and violence and hate
Is gonna tie your own rope
...
I'd like to leave the world as a better place.

Dexter is a fun name imo. I'm actually using it in a story w/ the nn Digster (b/c that's what it sounds like to everyone when he says his name lol).
The only combo I really think sounds good is Dexter Francis.

I've never liked it and I'm not quite sure why. But now seeing your post I've been repeating it over and over in my head. Perhaps I'm changing my mind about Dexter.
I like Horatio Dexter the most, although I don't care fo Ray.

I really don't like the name Dexter, sorry. It reminds me of the TV show Dexter's laboratory, which was not really one of the highlights of my childhood :) However, if I had to pick, I like Dexter Francis and Dexter Ray the best of your combos. Possible other combos-
Dexter Isaiah
Dexter Joseph
Dexter Michael
Dexter Marcus (Actually I think any Dexter and mn starting w/ M sound pretty good together)

I love it. It's so adorably geeky, how can you resist? I know if I had a Dexter, I'd call him "Dex".
I like Dexter Christian and Dexter Ray.

It's a nice name, but I agree, nothing seems to go with it. It is sort of awkward sounding, and it reminds me of Dexter's Laboratory, a kid's cartoon about a brilliant young scientist named.
Dexter Francis or Dexter Christian get my vote. It needs something longer to balance it, I think.

I love it.
I have a fondness for names that others write off as dorky or nerdy.
Dexter Ray -- blends together into Dexteray
Dexter Christian -- I don't like the name Christian.
Dexter Francis -- It's ok
Frank Dexter -- I don't like Frank
Horatio Dexter "Ray" -- It's ok
