Wdyt of Noa? What gender do you associate it with, what middle name would you pair it with? would you ever use it?

Noa is feminine to me. I love it and would totally use it if it weren't for the boy's name on a girl hipster vibe most people would probably get from that. I still might use it some day anyway.Noa Elizabeth

To be honest, it's very masculine. I honestly hate the spelling of Noa. It looks ridiculous. Noah looks very complete and strong, a handsome boys name. Noa looks like someone forgot the H and then tried to name a little girl a boys name. Yuck.

It reminds me of an island of Hawaii, with the "oa" ending. It's okay, I'd probably associate it with a girl first. It's not really in my radar for "useable" names...Noa Elaine

Noa is unisex for me.
I know several boys named Noa and would consider using it for a future son, if it doesn’t get too popular. In countries that use Noah for a boy, I would love to use Noa Josephine for a girl, but that wouldn’t work where I live.

I actually like Noa more than Noah... Although I have met only one female Noa and several male Noahs, I think the name is not too much alike Noah, since there is a spelling difference!
(the one female Noa i met is called Noa Chana)

I don't like it as it seems to be missing that h of the Noah. The sound is male and I refuse to use it.

I like Noah for a boy, but I despise Noa for a girl.

I dislike Noah, so why would I like Noa? It's worse, actually, the H does something for Noah, although I still dislike it. Noa seems to me a male name, and no, I'd never use it or Noah.

I'd use Noah for a boy and like it a lot. Noa looks like a typo, very unattractive, and though it is supposedly a legitimate girls' names it sounds exactly like Noah and I would not use it for a girl.

While I know Noa is a legimate Hebrew female name and I like how it sounds, I think it'll be grouped with the using boy names on girls trend. I think people will assume you tried to make Noah more feminine. That being said, if you really love it:Noa Miriam

Noa looks incomplete, but I like Noah for a boy.

When I see it, I think; "Where's the h?" I couldn't see this on a girl, or an a boy actually. I don't mind Noah for a boy, though I find it a bit wet and limp. I wouldn't use Noa, ever.

Noa is unisex in my opinion. Noah is all male. I don't think I would ever use it in real life but if I did, it would be for a boy.
I once had a dream about a woman named Noa Victoria Palehaven and that's the combo I think of every time I see Noa mentioned here.

I associate it with NOAA, the weather forecast.
I'd never use it. Too much like the word NO (the "a" could be silent like in whoa) and too much like the masculine and very standard Noah. It's sort of like Jo, to me ... too short and insubstantial, and borrows too much of its character from a masculine name.

I see it as female. If it was Noah it would be male. I don't like it that much and think it would always be confused with Noah.Noa Jemima

I like Noa, this spelling is female only, in my opinion. We named our oldest son Noah, and I think it's better for a boy than a girl. Noa Olivia
