Victoria. I think it's a lovely name with a certain timeless quality. Has a dignified feel. However, she would not be called Vickie or Tori. I don't like those nicknames at all. She would be called Victoria, not by any nickname. :P

I've never liked Julia all that much, though there is nothing wrong with it as a name. I like Juliana better.
