There is an actress named Xosha Roquemore and I am intrigued my her name, which is pronounced "zoh shuh". I figure Zosha is the more intuitive spelling. I assume it is made up because I can't find any info online.
I know some might suggest Zosia, but I'm not crazy about how people will confuse it with Sasha.

It could grow on me. I think you're right about the confusion with Sasha. For that reason, I think I'd rather spell it with an X, but then I'd be constantly having to spell it too.
