Eve
Was just thinking about this beautiful and simple name. What do you think of it?

Eve would be perfect if it weren't so biblical... the saying "Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve" has made me detest the names Adam and Eve... and Steve too lol In my mind Eve seems more tied to the Bible than Mary or John or even Adam for some reason
love it! It's sleek and chic.
I love it. I would have loved a daughter named Evangeline- nn Eve. unfortnatelu it would've never happened because dh thinks Eve sounds too close to "evil"
Wow! Everyones responses to this name are awesome! It is a great name that is underused for how lovely it is.
I love it. I also find it simple and beautiful. It's very clean. It also gives me kind of a mysterious feeling, somewhat dark and exotic for some reason.
I love it. Its a favorite and though it used to be one of my top names, the more Evies I hear about being added to the family, (or friends' families) the less I feel likely to use it.
My stock combos are... (I like to go a lil wild with the MNs since Eve is so short and simple)
Eve Michelangela
Eve Dandelion
Eve Magnolia
Eve Antigone

I really like this name. I think it would suit most personalities. Someone sweet, someone who fiery etc.
It is exactly what you say... beautiful and simple. Plus it's decidedly female, easy to spell, easy to read, great on any age. Yup, it's a great name!
A very good friend of mine is Evelyn, always known as Eve, but not even she can warm me up to it. I always think of a Cockney pirate shouting "'Eave 'o, me 'earties!".
Another friend has a sister named Lyneve, which I like a lot. Amazing what a difference the sequence of name elements can make. Like Rosemary and Maryrose - the same, but totally different.

Tiny bit biased because this is my best friend's name. She is Eve but has mostly gone by Evie since she was a little girl.
I think it's very nice, it stands out but in a good way, and it's wearable by one of any age.

I adore it. If I ever have a daughter, I'm 99 percent sure her name will be Eve. As you said, it's simple and beautiful. People will never be confused whether it's male or female, or how it should be spelled. For me, those a big considerations and Eve fits the bill.
My favourite combos are Eve Josephine, Ev Juliet and Eve Hermione.

I love this name for the reasons you mentioned, it's beauty and simplicity. I also like the shortness of the name and the fact that an Eve could be called Evie sometimes. A very under-rated name imo.
Eve is beautiful, simple, and lively. I have a soft spot for one-syllable names, and Eve is in a class above the rest.
One of my favourites! Probably a little too popular for me, but I agree it is simply beautiful and beautifully simple.
