I love it! I'd use it in a heartbeat. It's short, simple, pretty, and "fiery". It sounds like the name of someone who has a lot of spirit. I also love the meaning-- it's one of the few girls names with a good meaning that isn't "fluffy".

Well, I pronounced it wrong until I read the site. I read it as "fee-AIR-uh". I thought that sounded kind of cool but I don't know about "fee-E-rah".
I don't really understand how "fee-E-rah" is pronounced, but I do know that 'fiera' is the feminine form the Italian adjective for 'proud', which IS pronounced "FEE-air-uh". It's not used as a name, but I think it is pretty. Esperanto isn't really a "real" language anyway...
"fee-AIR-uh" and "fee-E-rah" are practically the same exact pronunciation, in my accent (midwestern)
Same here. I say it "fee-AIR-uh" but I don't think that's too different from "fee-E-ra". They are different, but only slightly.
Really? Interesting. They sound very different in mine.
Sounds like a Pontiac car that wants to be a Ferrari.
I was thinking Guy Fieri from Food Network.
