Rebecca may not be as popular as it has been, but it isn't dated. It's pretty much timeless. More so than the Biblical Hannah, which went through a long period of disuse before suddenly becoming very popular.
I think Rebecca's a very pretty name. I don't like the nns Becky or Becca, they seem very babyish, and Reba is laughably hillbilly. I've known plenty of Rebeccas, and quite a few went by just Rebecca with no nn.

Funny difference I've noticed- in Australia, nearly every Rebecca I know goes by Bec or Becks, but in the US Becca and Becky are used (which I've never heard used here).I have two close friends in the US who are Becca and Becka respectively, and then I have about 6 or 7 relatively close friends named Bec in Australia but I have never met a single Becca or Becky. Your nickname opinions just reminded me of that.

My Grandmother's name was Rebecca, she was always called Becky.
