I really like Garrett, that's a good one. I think Heather and Emily are too sweet for bratty names and while Angelica is definitely bratty, I think it's already taken by the Rugrats character. It actually doesn't really matter what you name them, it won't detract from their personality.

Names that come to mind for me though are Isabella, Tatiana, Alicia, Carmen.
