I kind of like it. It's nice, but it's been overused for a long time and it's become pretty bland. It's not a completely colourless name for me though, and if it was a little more distinctive I think I'd appreciate it a lot more. It sounds strong. I really love Saira (prn. sigh-ra)which is very similar.
I don't really care about the meaning - 'princess' isn't a meaning that really appeals to me anyway - but I like the history, and I like how it works in so many languages/cultures.
