I like it a lot but then I am also a fan of the singer, which may be why I like the name. Saying that, I think it's a bit too tied to her to use it in real life.
I'm in England too and she is very well known here, but maybe not so much these days with teenagers. My mum has most of her albums and I used to borrow them all the time. I have at least one as well.

I just think of the singer- and I'm 23 and from England.
All I can think of is the singer. I can't really see it being used on a real life person because of that.

I Googled her because I'd never heard of her. It seems she was popular around the time when I was a child so that's strange that I'm not familiar with her, but I think she was more well known in American anyway - and I'm in England.
