I like them both. Jesse is definitely not feminine to me, not in this spelling. Jessie on a guy is not so much feminine as it seems hillbilly. I picture a Jesse as a smart, outdoorsy, handsome kind of guy, and Jason as also smart and funny, maybe likes to plan elaborate pranks that do no harm.
