Dislike. For one, no one can ever agree on pronunciation. Is it tare-uh or tar-uh? Either way, I don't like the sound. It seems like the name of a flimsy bird-like girl who is too meek to stand up for herself. Or someone who is on the periphery of the "cool people" in school but can't break through because of some oddness about her.
