I love Vivica (this spelling, definitely). It's different without being too wacky, but because of that I think it should be paired with a short, sweet, classic name: Vivica Mary, Vivica Joy, Vivica Beth.

I like Beth as a mn or nn, but I agree that it's not very substantial as a first name. It could be short for the many variants of Elizabeth (Elisabeth, Elisabetta, Lizbeth, etc.), or Bethany, Bettina, or Marybeth.
