Anthony - ANN-thun-ee. It's fine, though not a favorite of mine. "Tony" seems very 80s... and kind of thuggish.Lachlan - LOCK-lan. I like it. Maybe kind of trendy, the way Irish sounding names have been the last few years, but I think it's a good name. Stands out from the crowd a bit with being weird. I'd call him Lachlan, and maybe just "Lach" informally.Fletcher - Too surnamey imo.
