Phoebe is a beautiful name and used to be a favorite of mine. I named my grandmother's cat Phoebe years ago, and she's still around, so I doubt that I would ever use it for a child : )

Phoebe isn't a favourite of mine, but it has lots of potential and it's uncommon. Phoebe Helena is superb and Phoebe Imogen is nice. Phoebe Anne is likable, too.

I don't like Phoebe, and I don't know why. I have good associations with it--she's the smart, cute yes-girl for Helga Potacki on Hey Arnold. :D Something about the name rubs me the wrong way, though.
