Magdalene
I have re-fallen in love with Magdalene, and felt the need to announce it. I have stripped my PNL down to 21 names (I can't do even numbers), and through this process realized that Magdalene remained.Susannah and Magdalene as sisters?Oh, I think yes.

Lovely! I think the world needs more little girls with names like this. Both very beautiful and unexpected.

I like Magdalene, though I prefer Magdalen. I really like the nickname Maggie, but dislike Margaret, so this is a nice alternative. I think Magdalene and Susannah make a lovely sibset.

I really like it! Magdalena is my preference, but Magdalene is really pretty and so refined! Susannah and Magdalene go perfectly together.

I love Magdalene! And Susannah too. Lovely as sisters.I'd love to be named the more elegant and "proper" form Magdalena (that, not Magdalene, because I'm Swedish) instead of my more rustic Malin ...

Fooled by the spelling. Magdaleen, Magdaleeny, Magdalin? Of which I only like the third, but I like it a lot. Only the Magdalen spelling will do!Susannah and Magdalen? Susie and Maggie? Ooh!

I like Magdalene, though I prefer Magdalen. The nickname Maggie is a major drawback for me, though, as I can't stand it.Susannah and Magdalene would be gorgeous on sisters!

Magdalene is beautiful, it is pretty and classic, it's elaborate but has a lot of great nickname choices, Maggie, Lena, Magda, etc. I go back and forth about whether I would find it too religious for my own personal use. Susannah and Magdalene are beautiful together.

Magdalene is waaaay too Catholically loaded for me to ever be able to like it. It's not even the kind of name, like Bridget or Mary, that an ordinary Catholic person would give their daughter. It's the kind of name a nun would take.
