I don't like any of them, but if I had to I'd go with Walt. It sounds more grown up, and it doesn't sound like Wall-E.
Frankly I can't stand either. Wally is a slight, whimsical insult as 'oh you're such a Wally!', not offensive or anything, but not great for a name. My Grandad is called Wally. Also makes me think if 'Where's Wally?'
Walt I just don't like the sounds of. It sounds really dated and makes me think of walnuts! I think I was put of by the character is ,Lost as well.
