I like Jesse, but I can't stand Chloe.

I like both names a lot, especially Jesse.
Jesse is dated and sort of rugged seeming, like Randy and Shane. Unless it's on a girl. I guess you meant it for a boy because you put the text in blue... how clever. On a girl it's too spunky-boy-name-fad, for me, but I think it's fine for other people because of Jessica.
Chloe is a nice name - I kind of like the KL initial sound. However I have the impression it has mostly been used by a certain demographic. So it has this sort of bratty image. I don't think that'd matter much in real life. I think Chloe is getting past its prime style-wise, if you're talking about naming a baby today. It has been quite popular. Not that that would matter, either.
