Elsa is one of my new favorite names. I like it very much! Elsa Margaret
and Elsa Marguerite are two of my favorite combinations, as well. From your list, I also like Elsa Wilhelmina.

I do like it, though I personally prefer Elsie. I think Elsa Mae, Elsa Phoebe, Elsa Katherine, Elsa Miriam and Elsa Rosemary are all lovely combos.

"Elsa, the She-Wolf of the SS." That's the image that Elsa carries for me. I've never actually seen the movie, but the name is perfect for the main character.

It's pretty. I do prefer Eliza, but Elsa would be a welcome siting on a little girl.

Else Margaret and Elsa Caroline are lovely, but I think I would opt for Elsa Winifred (so Germanic!).

Elsie has been a delight of mine since childhood. It was one of the first names I recall falling in love with. So loving Elsa was an easy task. Elsa is so musical and effortlessly elegant. And Elsa the Lioness from "Born Free" was so endearing. I'm surprised it hasn't caught on with the general public before now.
