Wdyt of Serendipity? Would it work as a fn? Better as a mn, even if it's what she would go by?

I really like Serendipity, it's one of my GPs. But I wouldn't use it as a fn. It would be an OK middle name, though.

It sounds too fanciful for me. I think its the 'dip' part, making it sound like the name of a little elf or something. I like Seren though.

Aside from what posters below said, I think it might kind of imply that the kid was a happy accident.

Serendipity is the muse/stripper in "Dogma". She's played by Salma Hayek.It's a great name for a stripper!!

like Dippity-DoAn old-fashioned hair... mousse? cream? Something like that. I don't know if you can still buy the stuff but everybody knows the word.
