Meh. It seems pretty in theory, but it's a little bland on an actual person. It also sounds a teeny bit pretentious...not on a young child, but on an adult. I think all virtue names are a little bit pretentious on adults.
It doesn't seem too common to me, but it does seem to be getting more and more popular as the years pass. I doubt it'll crack the top ten though, or it would have already.
I don't think it sounds religious at all. Grace seems to have avoided the religious association, I think. Hope, Faith, and Joy strike me as more religious. Grace doesn't really fall into that category, in my opinion.
