I like the ones from Croatia the best. No cutesy-poo names or awful spellings. I like:
Magdalena and Katerina
Marta and Antun
Matea
Lydia Grace
Marina and Celia
Martha Joanna Jane
Beatrice Mary, Josephine Alice
Matilda Sophia
Madeline Jane

Well, to be fair Milica is cutesy-poo (it's the same as naming a daughter Millie or Gracie), but we've gone beyond diminutives as first names in my parents' generation and it's seen as dated now. Luckily, Croatian doesn't do creative spellings since we pronounce each letter phonetically and always in the same way (however, lately I've been seeing more and more names that are adapted to Croatian spelling/pronunciation rules from other languages and then you get things like Odri, Endi, Mišel, Nensi, etc. - Audrey, Andy, Michel, Nancy).

Yes, that's my favorite too:-). It's something I'd use if I lived in an English-speaking country.
