Simon is on my favorites list, too. I like it very much, and I don't readily think of other things like that.
I have a hard time with combos, too, but of your list I like Simon Clinton the best. I think Simon is one of those names that needs a fuller mn to ground it. It almost seems like an adjective to John or West. The ones that I usually pair with it are Michael (after my future DH) and Philip.
