Taylor
I'm starting to like the name Taylor (for a boy). My question: do you think it's been so overused on girls it had become unusable for boys? Also, any mn ideas?

No, not unusable for boys. I see it nearly as often for boys as girls, actually. Not sure what your style is but a classic, clearly masculine mn would be my suggestion, like Taylor William or Taylor Charles. But don't do Taylor James, it seems corny to me (James Taylor's name in reverse, even though I do like him :b).

I take your point about Taylor James. I'd never consider a J middle name because I can't stand the nickname TJ.

I hate this name with the fire of a thousand suns. But it's definitely better on a boy than on a girl. I don't think it's unusable. I'd pair it up with a clearly masculine MN:Taylor Christopher
Taylor Alexander
Taylor Dominic
Taylor Benjamin
Taylor Nicholas
Taylor Sebastian

Yes, I do. I have to say Taylor for a girl and Tyler for a boy.

I think it's fine for a boy. I might have used it for myself (though I'd probably use it on a girl) because it's my mother's maiden name. It's ended up being my niece's middle name, and my cousin named her son Taylor.

I don't like it for either sex, unless is is a family surname. And yes, it has been overly used.

I like it on both. It's fun and boyish on a boy, cute and relaxed on a girl."We can even learn from our enemies." -OvidMitakuye Oyasin
