I like Johanna. It feels timeless and feminine but not overly frilly.
I pronounce it jo-HANN-a and I am in the US. I think most people would pronounce it that way but I haven't really known any to be sure.
Johannah might make the Hannah part a little obvious but not so much that I would change it unless I actually liked that spelling better.
Joana is confusing to me. Is it jo-ANN-a or JOAN-a? I don't like it.
Joanna is fine but dated. I picture a middle aged woman. As a middle name though, it is nice.
