My tastes in names wouldn't change because I'm going to use whatever name I feel like, I feel no pressure to choose something less adventurous and if I was a celebrity I also wouldn't give a damn, I wouldn't try to be more unusual.
I don't know maybe my partners tastes in names would change, he sometimes says "We couldn't use that, it is too strange, it sounds more like a video game character or a character from a fantasy book than a name you should actually give a child."
I think there was a time where I kind of felt that way but I got over it, I'm going to name my children whatever I want, well actually whatever my partner and I want, he is the only limiter I place on what we will consider using.
