Isaac used to be my top boys name slowly it's dropped down my list and it rests somewhere in 3rd/4th place at the moment. I still like it a lot, but I'm not sure if I really love it anymore. I dislike all nicknames, I just like Isaac.
My combo for Isaac is Isaac Amadeus after deciding that Isaac James was too boring and Isaac Wolfgang didn't really flow as nicely as I wanted it to.
From your list I like: Isaac Arthur, Isaac Gabriel, Isaac Marlowe and Isaac Theodore (probably my favourite)
The "zak" ending when I pronounce it isn't very clear which is why I've never really liked the nn Zak for it. I'm in England so my accent is somehwere between the Aussies and Yanks probably :)
