Man, I just can't help thinking Erwin meets bovine. I don't particularly like the name Erwin nor the word bovine, so I'm going to have to say no. Sorry
Are you pronouncing it to rhyme with pin, or pine?
If it rhymes with pin, I think it's ehhh alright. NMS because of the URV sound, but not terrible either. Reminds me of Irving, though, which is super dorky.
If it rhymes with pine, I think it's a university town in California, and a dorky, vaguely evil-sounding name for a person.
I'd rather Raoul Irvin. But the flow of Irvine Raoul isn't noticeably bad.
