I also love the names Eve and Eva, but I think they are perfectly fine as full names. Genevieve "Eve" could work, it's plausible. I don't think Guinevere "Eve" works, that seems like too much of a stretch to me. I love Evelyn, but like I said, prefer Eve and Eva.
