What does everyone here think of Fiona? I like it, but I can't come up with any middle names or nicknames. Anything would be helpful.

I love Fiona. It's beautiful and elegant, but also nicely practical and not frilly at all. I personally prefer Fiona without a nn, but - since you asked - how about Fi, Fee (or Phee), Ana, Nana, or Oona for nns?
